Requesting a Copy of Your Normal Results
As indicated on the chart above, all individuals who were advised to follow up have already been contacted and provided with the necessary paperwork.
If your screening results were found to be within normal limits and you would still like to receive a written copy, you may request them within 60 days of your screening date.
To process and mail your results, we kindly ask for a $25 per person.
